Sure, sometimes an idea drops into my brain at 2 AM. But most days? I have processes in place that help me tap into my creative space whenever I want.
Design, in my eyes, is the only pod in tech that endlessly pays it forward. We don’t just ship screens but we build growth loops for ourselves and for the team. I like to push myself & my teammates to stretch their thinking, question their defaults, and peek over the edges of their comfort zones.
Because design isn’t just about pixels, it’s about expanding perspectives, sparking curiosity, and making something better than we found it.

Design is never a one-person show. It’s a team sport where the best ideas are passed, challenged, and remixed until they click. I don’t believe in silos, I believe in pulling chairs closer to the table, working shoulder to shoulder for the best results.
Yes, I push for quality in my own projects. But I also jump into others, nudging, guiding, and collaborating to bring out great work together. Because design isn’t about guarding pixels but about building momentum, sharing perspective, and leaving every thing we work on a little better than how we found it.
